Privacy Notice
Radics-Ferron Limited Liability Company, 9121 Győrszemere, Tóth tag. 1., TAX NUMBER: 11464718-2-08, COMPANY REGISTRATION NUMBER: 08 09 006402 (hereinafter: Data Controller), in the course of operating the [www.radicsferronhu](http://www.radicsferronhu) website (hereinafter: Website), processes the data of visitors to the Website, users of the Website, and registered users using the services available on the Website (hereinafter collectively: Data Subject).
In connection with data processing, the Data Controller hereby informs the Data Subjects about the personal data processed by it on the Website, the principles and practices followed in the processing of personal data, as well as the manner and possibilities of exercising the rights of the Data Subjects. By using the Website, the Data Subject accepts the provisions of this Privacy Notice and consents to the data processing activities specified below.
1. Definitions
- Data Subject: any natural person who is identified or can be identified, directly or indirectly, on the basis of specific personal data;
- Personal data: data that can be associated with the Data Subject — in particular the Data Subject’s name, identification mark, and one or more pieces of information characteristic of their physical, physiological, mental, economic, cultural or social identity — as well as any conclusion that can be drawn from the data concerning the Data Subject;
- Consent: the voluntary and explicit expression of the Data Subject’s will, based on adequate information, by which the Data Subject gives clear consent to the processing of personal data concerning them, either fully or for specific operations;
- Objection: a statement by the Data Subject objecting to the processing of their personal data and requesting the termination of data processing or the deletion of the processed data;
- Data Controller: the natural or legal person, or organization without legal personality, that alone or jointly with others determines the purpose of data processing, makes and implements decisions concerning data processing, including the means used, or has them implemented by a data processor commissioned by it;
- Data processing: any operation or set of operations performed on data, regardless of the procedure applied, including in particular collection, recording, registration, organization, storage, modification, use, retrieval, transmission, disclosure, alignment or combination, blocking, deletion and destruction, as well as the prevention of further use of the data;
- Data processing operation: the performance of technical tasks related to data processing operations, regardless of the method and means used to perform the operations and the place of application, provided that the technical task is performed on the data;
- Data Processor: the natural or legal person, or organization without legal personality, that processes data on the basis of a contract concluded with the Data Controller, including contracts concluded pursuant to legal provisions;
- Data transfer: making data accessible to a specified third party;
- Disclosure: making data accessible to anyone;
- Data deletion: making data unrecognizable in such a way that its restoration is no longer possible;
- Data blocking: marking data with an identification mark in order to restrict its further processing permanently or for a specified period of time;
- Data destruction: the complete physical destruction of the data carrier containing the data;
- Third party: any natural or legal person, or organization without legal personality, that is not identical to the Data Subject, the Data Controller or the Data Processor.
2. Purpose of data processing
The Data Controller stores and processes the data provided by the Data Subject during registration for specific purposes only, exclusively for the provision of the service available on the Website, maintaining contact, identifying the user, and, if the Data Subject subscribes to the newsletter, sending the newsletter. The purpose of automatically recorded data is the preparation of statistics and the technical development of the IT system. The Data Controller does not use, and may not use, the personal data provided for purposes other than those specified above.
Personal data may be disclosed to third parties or authorities — unless otherwise mandatorily required by law — only with the prior, explicit consent of the Data Subject. In all cases where the Data Controller intends to use the provided data for a purpose other than the original purpose of data collection, it shall inform the Data Subject thereof and obtain their prior, explicit consent, or provide them with the opportunity to prohibit such use.
3. Legal basis for data processing
The data processing activities carried out by the Data Controller are performed on the basis of the voluntary consent of the Data Subject pursuant to Section 5 (1) a) of Act CXII of 2011 on Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information (hereinafter: Info Act), as well as pursuant to Act CVIII of 2001 on certain issues of electronic commerce services and information society services.
The Data Controller does not verify the personal data provided to it or the authenticity thereof. The person providing the data, the Data Subject or contracting party, is solely responsible for the accuracy of the data provided. By providing an e-mail address, any Data Subject also assumes responsibility for ensuring that only they use the service from the specified e-mail address. In view of this assumption of responsibility, all liability related to logins made using a specified e-mail address shall be borne exclusively by the Data Subject who provided the e-mail address.

5. Duration of data processing
5.1. Registration data
The processing of personal data mandatorily provided during registration lasts until the Data Subject requests the deletion of their registration. Registration may be deleted at any time after the deletion request has been sent by post or e-mail. In this case, the deadline for deletion of the data is 5 business days from receipt of the request.
5.2. Duration of data processing
The Data Controller processes the data provided by the Data Subject during newsletter subscription until the Data Subject unsubscribes by clicking the “Unsubscribe” button in the information letter or requests removal from the list of newsletter subscribers by e-mail or post. Otherwise, the data processing lasts for 2 years. In the event of unsubscribing, the Data Controller records the request after its receipt, whether by e-mail, post or by clicking the “Unsubscribe” button, and will not send any further letters to the Data Subject.
5.3. Technical data
Logged data are stored by the system for 2 years from the date of logging, except for the date of the last visit, which is automatically overwritten.
5.4. Data provided when submitting the electronic contact form
The processing of personal data mandatorily provided when submitting the contact form lasts until the Data Subject requests the deletion of the data provided in this manner. The data may be deleted at any time after the deletion request has been sent by post or e-mail. In this case, the deadline for deletion of the data is 5 business days from receipt of the request.
6. Scope of personal data processed
6.1. Data mandatorily provided during registration
To use the services on the Website, the Data Subject must provide the following data:
Name, Telephone number, E-mail, Company name, Billing address, Delivery address
6.2. Newsletter
In the case of newsletter subscription, the Data Subject is required to provide their e-mail address and full name to the Data Controller.
6.3. Technical data
These are the data of the Data Subject’s login computer that are generated during the use of the service and are recorded by the Data Controller’s system as an automatic result of technical processes. These include, in particular, the date and time of the visit, the IP address of the Data Subject’s computer, the type of browser used, and the addresses of the viewed and previously visited websites.
Automatically recorded data are logged automatically by the system upon login and logout, without any separate declaration or action by the Data Subject. These data may not be linked with other personal user data, except in cases made mandatory by law. Only the Data Controller has access to the data.
The Data Controller may collect data on the activity of the Data Subjects, which cannot be linked to any other data provided by the Data Subject during registration, nor to data generated when using other websites or services.
The HTML code of the Website may contain links originating from and pointing to external servers independent of the Data Controller. Due to direct connection to their servers, the providers of these links are capable of collecting user data.
External servers assist in the independent measurement and auditing of the Website’s visitor traffic and other web analytics data (Google Analytics). If the Data Subject does not want Google Analytics to measure the above data in the manner and for the purpose described, they should install the browser add-on that blocks this.
6.4. Cookies
For the purpose of customized service, the Data Controller and the designated external service providers place and read back small data packets, so-called cookies, on the Data Subject’s computer. If the browser returns a previously saved cookie, the service provider managing the cookie has the opportunity to link the data saved during the Data Subject’s current visits with previous data, but only in relation to its own content.
The Data Controller uses the following cookies:
– Temporary/session cookie: session cookies are automatically deleted after the Data Subject’s visit. These cookies serve to enable the Data Controller’s Website to operate more efficiently and securely; therefore, they are essential for certain functions of the Website or certain applications to function properly.
– Persistent cookie: the Data Controller also uses persistent cookies to provide a better user experience, for example by providing optimized navigation. These cookies are stored for a longer period in the browser’s cookie file. The duration depends on the settings applied by the Data Subject in their internet browser.
– Cookie used for password-protected sessions.
– Security cookie.
The “Help” function found in the menu bar of most browsers provides information on how the Data Subject can, in their own browser:
– disable cookies,
– accept new cookies,
– instruct their browser to set a new cookie, or
– disable other cookies.
The Website uses Google Adwords remarketing tracking codes. This is based on the possibility of later reaching visitors to the site with remarketing advertisements on websites belonging to the Google Display Network. The remarketing code uses cookies to tag visitors. Users of the Website may disable these cookies by visiting Google’s advertising settings manager and following the instructions provided there. After this, personalized offers from the Service Provider will no longer be displayed to them.

7. Persons with access to the data
The scope of persons with access to the data, data transfer and data processing: the data may primarily be accessed by the Data Controller and the Data Controller’s internal employees; however, they shall not publish them or transfer them to third parties.
The Service Provider may use a data processor, for example a system operator. The Service Provider is not responsible for the data processing practices of such external parties.

In addition to the above, personal data relating to the Data Subject may only be transferred in cases mandatorily specified by law or on the basis of the User’s consent.
8. User rights and possibilities for enforcing rights
8.1. Right to information
The Data Subject is entitled at any time to request information about the personal data concerning them processed by the Data Controller.
At the request of the Data Subject, the Data Controller shall provide information about the data concerning them processed by it, the purpose, legal basis and duration of data processing, as well as who receives or has received their data and for what purpose. The Data Controller shall provide the requested information in writing within 30 days of submission of the request.
The Data Subject may contact the Data Controller’s employee with any question or comment related to data processing through the contact details indicated below.
8.2. The Data Subject may request deletion, correction or blocking of their data
The Data Subject is entitled at any time to request the correction of incorrectly recorded data or the deletion thereof using any of the contact details indicated below. The Data Controller shall delete the data within 5 business days of receipt of the request, in which case they can no longer be restored. Deletion does not apply to data processing required under law, for example accounting regulations; such data shall be retained by the Data Controller for the necessary period.
The Data Subject may also request the blocking of their data. The Data Controller shall block personal data if the Data Subject requests this, or if, on the basis of the information available to it, it can be presumed that deletion would harm the legitimate interests of the Data Subject. Personal data blocked in this manner may only be processed for as long as the data processing purpose exists that excluded deletion of the personal data.
The Data Subject, as well as all those to whom the data had previously been transferred for the purpose of data processing, must be notified of correction, blocking and deletion. Notification may be omitted if this does not violate the legitimate interest of the User with regard to the purpose of data processing.
If the Data Controller does not comply with the Data Subject’s request for correction, blocking or deletion, it shall communicate in writing, within 30 days of receipt of the request, the factual and legal reasons for rejecting the request for correction, blocking or deletion.
8.3. The Data Subject may object to the processing of their personal data
The Data Subject may object to the processing of their personal data. The Data Controller shall examine the objection within the shortest possible time from submission of the request, but no later than within 15 days, shall make a decision on whether it is justified, and shall inform the applicant of its decision in writing.
The Data Subject may exercise their rights using the contact details specified in Section 4.
8.4. Pursuant to the Info Act and the Civil Code, Act V of 2013, the Data Subject may:
- Turn to the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, 1125 Budapest, Szilágyi Erzsébet fasor 22/c.; www.naih.hu, or
- Enforce their rights before a court.
If the Data Subject provided the data of a third party in order to use the service, or caused damage in any way during the use of the Website, the Data Controller shall be entitled to enforce compensation against the Data Subject. In such cases, the Data Controller shall provide all possible assistance to the competent authorities in order to establish the identity of the person committing the infringement.
9. Use of e-mail addresses
The Data Controller pays special attention to the lawful use of the electronic mail addresses processed by it and therefore uses them for sending e-mails only in the manner specified below.
The processing of e-mail addresses primarily serves the identification of the Data Subject and maintaining contact during the use of the service; therefore, e-mails are sent primarily for this purpose.
10. Data security
The Data Controller undertakes to ensure the security of the data and to take the technical measures that ensure that the data collected, stored and processed are protected. It shall also do everything in its power to prevent their destruction, unauthorized use and unauthorized alteration. It also undertakes to call upon any third parties to whom the data may be transferred or disclosed to comply with their obligations in this regard.
11. Other provisions
The Data Controller reserves the right to unilaterally amend this Privacy Notice with prior notification to the Data Subjects by means of a notice displayed on the Website. After the amendment enters into force, the Data Subject accepts the provisions of the amended Privacy Notice by implied conduct through the use of the Website.
