• Electrostatic powder coating, also known as powder spraying, is an environmentally friendly technology that is suitable for the surface treatment of steel and aluminum surfaces for a wide variety of purposes.

• It is considered the most frequently used coating in the metal industry, mechanical engineering, food industry and healthcare. It provides excellent corrosion protection against environmental influences, while also satisfying all demands in terms of aesthetic appearance.

• With this technology, unlike the traditional solvent-based painting process, we can achieve a more durable coating while minimizing the harmful impact on the environment. Another advantage is that the turnaround time is short, since there is no need to prime or wait for drying, since it can be transported almost immediately after baking.

• The essence of the process is to electrostatically charge the paint powder containing polyester or epoxy-polyester base material, which is attracted to the metal object and an even layer of powder forms on it.
