Minden olyan esetben, ha a szolg\u00e1ltatott adatokat az Adatkezel\u0151 az eredeti adatfelv\u00e9tel c\u00e9lj\u00e1t\u00f3l elt\u00e9r\u0151 c\u00e9lra k\u00edv\u00e1nja felhaszn\u00e1lni, err\u0151l az \u00c9rintettet t\u00e1j\u00e9koztatja, \u00e9s ehhez el\u0151zetes, kifejezett hozz\u00e1j\u00e1rul\u00e1s\u00e1t megszerzi, illet\u0151leg lehet\u0151s\u00e9get biztos\u00edt sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra, hogy a felhaszn\u00e1l\u00e1st megtiltsa.<\/p>\r\n 3. Az adatkezel\u00e9s jogalapja<\/strong><\/p>\r\n Az Adatkezel\u0151 \u00e1ltali adatkezel\u00e9sekre az inform\u00e1ci\u00f3s \u00f6nrendelkez\u00e9si jogr\u00f3l \u00e9s az inform\u00e1ci\u00f3szabads\u00e1gr\u00f3l sz\u00f3l\u00f3 2011. \u00e9vi CXII. t\u00f6rv\u00e9ny (a tov\u00e1bbiakban: Info.tv.) 5. \u00a7 (1) bekezd\u00e9s a) pontja szerint az \u00c9rintett \u00f6nk\u00e9ntes hozz\u00e1j\u00e1rul\u00e1sa alapj\u00e1n, valamint az elektronikus kereskedelmi szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1sok, valamint az inform\u00e1ci\u00f3s t\u00e1rsadalommal \u00f6sszef\u00fcgg\u0151 szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1sok egyes k\u00e9rd\u00e9seir\u0151l sz\u00f3l\u00f3 2001. \u00e9vi CVIII. t\u00f6rv\u00e9ny alapj\u00e1n ker\u00fcl sor.<\/p>\r\n Adatkezel\u0151 a neki megadott szem\u00e9lyes adatokat, azok val\u00f3dis\u00e1g\u00e1t nem ellen\u0151rzi. A megadott adatok megfelel\u0151s\u00e9g\u00e9\u00e9rt kiz\u00e1r\u00f3lag az azt megad\u00f3 szem\u00e9ly, \u00c9rintett, szerz\u0151d\u0151 felel. B\u00e1rmely \u00c9rintett e-mail c\u00edm\u00e9nek megad\u00e1sakor egyben felel\u0151ss\u00e9get v\u00e1llal az\u00e9rt, hogy a megadott e-mail c\u00edmr\u0151l kiz\u00e1r\u00f3lag \u0151 vesz ig\u00e9nybe szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1st. E felel\u0151ss\u00e9gv\u00e1llal\u00e1sra tekintettel egy megadott e-mail c\u00edmen t\u00f6rt\u00e9nt bel\u00e9p\u00e9sekkel \u00f6sszef\u00fcgg\u0151 mindennem\u0171 felel\u0151ss\u00e9g kiz\u00e1r\u00f3lag azt az \u00c9rintettet terheli, aki az e-mail c\u00edmet megadta.<\/p>\r\n 4. A regisztr\u00e1ci\u00f3 t\u00f6rl\u00e9s\u00e9re b\u00e1rmikor, a t\u00f6rl\u00e9si k\u00e9relem (post\u00e1n, emailben) elk\u00fcld\u00e9s\u00e9t k\u00f6vet\u0151en ker\u00fclhet sor. Ez esetben az adatok t\u00f6rl\u00e9s\u00e9nek hat\u00e1rideje a k\u00e9relem be\u00e9rkez\u00e9s\u00e9t k\u00f6vet 5 munkanap.<\/p>\r\n 5.2. Az adatkezel\u00e9s id\u0151tartama<\/p>\r\n Az Adatkezel\u0151, mindaddig kezeli az \u00c9rintett h\u00edrlev\u00e9l feliratkoz\u00e1sa sor\u00e1n megadott adatait, ameddig az \u00c9rintett le nem iratkozik a a t\u00e1j\u00e9koztat\u00f3 lev\u00e9lben tal\u00e1lhat\u00f3 \u201eLeiratkoz\u00e1s\u201d gombra kattintva vagy nem k\u00e9ri a lev\u00e9tel\u00e9t a h\u00edrlev\u00e9lre feliratkoz\u00f3k list\u00e1j\u00e1b\u00f3l emailben vagy postai \u00faton. Egy\u00e9bk\u00e9nt az adatkezel\u00e9s 2 \u00e9ven \u00e1t tart. Leiratkoz\u00e1s eset\u00e9n az Adatkezel\u0151 a k\u00e9relem be\u00e9rkez\u00e9s\u00e9t k\u00f6vet\u0151en (emailben, postai \u00faton vagy a \u201eLeiratkoz\u00e1s\u201d gombra kattintva) r\u00f6gz\u00edti a k\u00e9r\u00e9st \u00e9s a tov\u00e1bbiakban az \u00c9rintett r\u00e9sz\u00e9re levelet nem k\u00fcld.<\/p>\r\n 5.3. Technikai adatok<\/p>\r\n A napl\u00f3zott adatokat a rendszer \u2013 az utols\u00f3 l\u00e1togat\u00e1s d\u00e1tum\u00e1nak kiv\u00e9tel\u00e9vel, amelyet automatikusan fel\u00fcl\u00edr \u2013 a napl\u00f3z\u00e1s id\u0151pontj\u00e1t\u00f3l sz\u00e1m\u00edtott 2 \u00e9vig t\u00e1rolja.<\/p>\r\n 5.4. Elektronikus kapcsolat felv\u00e9teli \u0171rlap elk\u00fcld\u00e9se sor\u00e1n megadott adatok<\/p>\r\n A kapcsolat felv\u00e9teli \u0171rlap elk\u00fcld\u00e9se sor\u00e1n k\u00f6telez\u0151en megadott szem\u00e9lyes adatok kezel\u00e9se mindaddig tart, am\u00edg az \u00c9rintett nem k\u00e9ri az \u00edgy megadott adatainak a t\u00f6rl\u00e9s\u00e9t. Az adatok t\u00f6rl\u00e9s\u00e9re b\u00e1rmikor, a t\u00f6rl\u00e9si k\u00e9relem (post\u00e1n, emailben) elk\u00fcld\u00e9s\u00e9t k\u00f6vet\u0151en ker\u00fclhet sor. Ez esetben az adatok t\u00f6rl\u00e9s\u00e9nek hat\u00e1rideje a k\u00e9relem be\u00e9rkez\u00e9s\u00e9t k\u00f6vet 5 munkanap.<\/p>\r\n 6. A kezelt szem\u00e9lyes adatok k\u00f6re<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\r\n 6.1. Technikai adatok<\/p>\r\n Az \u00c9rintett bejelentkez\u0151 sz\u00e1m\u00edt\u00f3g\u00e9p\u00e9nek azon adatai, melyek a szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1s ig\u00e9nybe v\u00e9tele sor\u00e1n gener\u00e1l\u00f3dnak \u00e9s melyeket az Adatkezel\u0151 rendszere a technikai folyamatok automatikus eredm\u00e9nyek\u00e9nt r\u00f6gz\u00edt. Ezek k\u00fcl\u00f6n\u00f6sen a l\u00e1togat\u00e1s d\u00e1tuma \u00e9s id\u0151pontja, az \u00c9rintett sz\u00e1m\u00edt\u00f3g\u00e9p\u00e9nek IP c\u00edme, b\u00f6ng\u00e9sz\u0151j\u00e9nek t\u00edpusa, a megtekintett \u00e9s az el\u0151z\u0151leg l\u00e1togatott weboldal c\u00edme.<\/p>\r\n Az automatikusan r\u00f6gz\u00edt\u00e9sre ker\u00fcl\u0151 adatokat a rendszer az \u00c9rintett k\u00fcl\u00f6n nyilatkozata vagy cselekm\u00e9nye n\u00e9lk\u00fcl a bel\u00e9p\u00e9skor, illetve kil\u00e9p\u00e9skor automatikusan napl\u00f3zza. Ezen adatok egy\u00e9b szem\u00e9lyes felhaszn\u00e1l\u00f3i adatokkal \u2013 t\u00f6rv\u00e9ny \u00e1ltal k\u00f6telez\u0151v\u00e9 tett esetek kiv\u00e9tel\u00e9vel \u2013 \u00f6ssze nem kapcsolhat\u00f3k. Az adatokhoz kiz\u00e1r\u00f3lag az Adatkezel\u0151 f\u00e9r hozz\u00e1.<\/p>\r\n Adatkezel\u0151 az \u00c9rintettek aktivit\u00e1s\u00e1r\u00f3l adatokat gy\u0171jthet, melyek nem kapcsolhat\u00f3ak \u00f6ssze az \u00c9rintett \u00e1ltal a regisztr\u00e1ci\u00f3 sor\u00e1n megadott egy\u00e9b adatokkal, sem m\u00e1s honlapok vagy szolg\u00e1ltat\u00e1sok ig\u00e9nybev\u00e9telekor keletkez\u0151 adatokkal.<\/p>\r\n A Honlap html k\u00f3dja az Adatkezel\u0151t\u0151l f\u00fcggetlen, k\u00fcls\u0151 szerverr\u0151l \u00e9rkez\u0151 \u00e9s k\u00fcls\u0151 szerverre mutat\u00f3 hivatkoz\u00e1sokat tartalmazhat. E hivatkoz\u00e1sok szolg\u00e1ltat\u00f3i az \u0151 szerver\u00fckre t\u00f6rt\u00e9n\u0151 k\u00f6zvetlen kapcsol\u00f3d\u00e1s miatt felhaszn\u00e1l\u00f3i adatokat k\u00e9pesek gy\u0171jteni.<\/p>\r\n K\u00fcls\u0151 szerverek seg\u00edtik a Honlap l\u00e1togatotts\u00e1gi \u00e9s egy\u00e9b webanalitikai adatainak f\u00fcggetlen m\u00e9r\u00e9s\u00e9t \u00e9s audit\u00e1l\u00e1s\u00e1t (Google Analytics). El\u00e9rhet\u0151s\u00e9g\u00fck: www.google.com\/analytics\/<\/p>\r\n Amennyiben az \u00c9rintett nem szeretn\u00e9, hogy a Google Analytics a fenti adatokat az ismertetett m\u00f3don \u00e9s c\u00e9llal m\u00e9rje, telep\u00edtse b\u00f6ng\u00e9sz\u0151j\u00e9be az ezt blokkol\u00f3 kieg\u00e9sz\u00edt\u0151t.<\/p>\r\n 6.4. Cookie-k<\/p>\r\n Az Adatkezel\u0151, illetve a megjel\u00f6lt k\u00fcls\u0151 szolg\u00e1ltat\u00f3k a testre szabott kiszolg\u00e1l\u00e1s \u00e9rdek\u00e9ben az \u00c9rintett sz\u00e1m\u00edt\u00f3g\u00e9p\u00e9n kis adatcsomagot, \u00fan. s\u00fctit (cookie) helyeznek el \u00e9s olvasnak vissza. T\u00e1j\u00e9koztat\u00e1shoz val\u00f3 jog<\/p>\r\n Az \u00c9rintett b\u00e1rmikor jogosult t\u00e1j\u00e9koztat\u00e1st k\u00e9rni az Adatkezel\u0151 \u00e1ltal kezelt, az \u00c9rintettre vonatkoz\u00f3 szem\u00e9lyes adatokr\u00f3l.<\/p>\r\n Adatkezel\u0151 az \u00c9rintett k\u00e9r\u00e9s\u00e9re t\u00e1j\u00e9koztat\u00e1st ad a r\u00e1 vonatkoz\u00f3, \u00e1ltala kezelt adatokr\u00f3l, az adatkezel\u00e9s c\u00e9lj\u00e1r\u00f3l, jogalapj\u00e1r\u00f3l, id\u0151tartam\u00e1r\u00f3l, tov\u00e1bb\u00e1 arr\u00f3l, hogy kik \u00e9s milyen c\u00e9lb\u00f3l kapj\u00e1k vagy kapt\u00e1k meg adatait. Adatkezel\u0151 a k\u00e9relem beny\u00fajt\u00e1s\u00e1t\u00f3l sz\u00e1m\u00edtott 30 napon bel\u00fcl \u00edr\u00e1sban adja meg a k\u00e9rt t\u00e1j\u00e9koztat\u00e1st.<\/p>\r\n Az \u00c9rintett b\u00e1rmely, az adatkezel\u00e9ssel kapcsolatos k\u00e9rd\u00e9ssel, illetve \u00e9szrev\u00e9tellel az Adatkezel\u0151 munkat\u00e1rs\u00e1hoz fordulhat az al\u00e1bb megjel\u00f6lt el\u00e9rhet\u0151s\u00e9geken kereszt\u00fcl.<\/p>\r\n 8.2. \u00c9rintett k\u00e9rheti adatainak t\u00f6rl\u00e9s\u00e9t, helyesb\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9t, z\u00e1rol\u00e1s\u00e1t<\/p>\r\n Az \u00c9rintett b\u00e1rmikor jogosult a helytelen\u00fcl r\u00f6gz\u00edtett adatainak helyesb\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9t vagy azok t\u00f6rl\u00e9s\u00e9t k\u00e9rni az al\u00e1bb megjel\u00f6lt el\u00e9rhet\u0151s\u00e9gek valamelyik\u00e9n. Adatkezel\u0151 a k\u00e9relem be\u00e9rkez\u00e9s\u00e9t\u0151l sz\u00e1m\u00edtott 5 munkanapon bel\u00fcl t\u00f6rli az adatokat, ez esetben azok nem lesznek \u00fajra helyre\u00e1ll\u00edthat\u00f3k. Az Adatkezel\u0151 z\u00e1rolja a szem\u00e9lyes adatot, ha az \u00e9rintett ezt k\u00e9ri, vagy ha a rendelkez\u00e9s\u00e9re \u00e1ll\u00f3 inform\u00e1ci\u00f3k alapj\u00e1n felt\u00e9telezhet\u0151, hogy a t\u00f6rl\u00e9s s\u00e9rten\u00e9 az \u00c9rintett jogos \u00e9rdekeit. Az \u00edgy z\u00e1rolt szem\u00e9lyes adat kiz\u00e1r\u00f3lag addig kezelhet\u0151, ameddig fenn\u00e1ll az adatkezel\u00e9si c\u00e9l, amely a szem\u00e9lyes adat t\u00f6rl\u00e9s\u00e9t kiz\u00e1rta.<\/p>\r\n A helyesb\u00edt\u00e9sr\u0151l, a z\u00e1rol\u00e1sr\u00f3l \u00e9s a t\u00f6rl\u00e9sr\u0151l az \u00c9rintettet, tov\u00e1bb\u00e1 mindazokat \u00e9rtes\u00edteni kell, akiknek kor\u00e1bban az adatot adatkezel\u00e9s c\u00e9lj\u00e1ra tov\u00e1bb\u00edtott\u00e1k. Adatbiztons\u00e1g<\/strong><\/p>\r\n Adatkezel\u0151 k\u00f6telezi mag\u00e1t, hogy gondoskodik az adatok biztons\u00e1g\u00e1r\u00f3l, megteszi tov\u00e1bb\u00e1 azokat a technikai int\u00e9zked\u00e9seket, amelyek biztos\u00edtj\u00e1k, hogy a felvett, t\u00e1rolt, illetve kezelt adatok v\u00e9dettek legyenek, illet\u0151leg mindent megtesz annak \u00e9rdek\u00e9ben, hogy megakad\u00e1lyozza azok megsemmis\u00fcl\u00e9s\u00e9t, jogosulatlan felhaszn\u00e1l\u00e1s\u00e1t \u00e9s jogosulatlan megv\u00e1ltoztat\u00e1s\u00e1t.
